As a member district of the United Pentecostal Church International (UPCI) we are a Oneness Pentecostal organization and a fellowship of ministers with churches  and members around the globe.  Our roots are anchored firmly in the Bible with a vision for ministering to all peoples.  The UPCI embraces it's mission: "the whole gospel to the wholeworld by the whole church".

The UPCI and Hawaii District has been among the fastest-growing church organizations since it's formalization through the merger of the Pentecostal Church Incorporated and the Pentecostal Assemblies of Jesus Christ.  From 521 churches in 1945, the UPCI has grown to 4, 459 churches in the United States and Canada and 9,413 ministers in 2014.  In the same year it reported works in 201 nations outside the U.S. and Canada with 34,491 churches and preaching points, 21,485 licensed ministers, 886 missionaries, and a constituency of 2.4 million.  The international fellowship consists of national organizations that are united as the Global Council of the UPCI, chaired by the general superintendent.  Total constituency estimated to be 3 million.

Our Mission

The Hawaii District United Pentecostal Church exists to facilitate ministry to the lost and hurting people in the islands through ministries to the community, disciple making, training and equipping the believer and partnering with the local churches committed to Apostolic Doctrine.  We are fully committed to fulfilling the great commission by sharing the gospel of Jesus Christ to every resident of our state.
