Passion for Serving
Sis. Gallimore serves faithfully at First Church Hawaii, Airport–Pearl Harbor, located on the island of Oahu. An ordained minister with the United Pentecostal Church International (UPCI), she brings over 40 years of dedicated and distinguished ministry experience. Much of this experience has been cultivated through her faithful support of her husband, Lloyd, for over 43 years of marriage and more than 28 years throughout his military career, serving alongside him across numerous national and international assignments.
Together, they have built a strong legacy of faith and family and are the honored parents of two amazing daughters, Candace Alicia Gallimore and Stacy Dean Gallimore.
At the local church, she serves with excellence as the Ladies Ministry Director and Prayer Coordinator under the leadership of Bishop Richard K. McGriffin. In these roles, she devotes herself to nurturing spiritual growth, fostering unity, and encouraging a vibrant culture of prayer among the people of God. She also ministers alongside her husband as Couples Ministry Director, investing in spiritual strength, unity, and enrichment of marriages.
At the district level, Deirdre serves as the Island Network of Prayer (INOP) Coordinator, actively promoting the vital importance and power of prayer. She embraces the enduring truth:
